Affiliates must maintain the integrity and reputation of Sites & Lifestyle Limited in all communications and marketing activities.
Affiliates must:
- Represent the company professionally and provide accurate information.
- Not negotiate transactions on behalf of the company.
- Only promote verified and available properties.
- Submit proper client information when referring buyers.
- Ensure all payments are made directly to official company accounts.
- Notify the company when clients make payments and follow up on due dates.
Affiliates must maintain the integrity and reputation of the company in all communications and marketing activities.

Affiliate Terms & Conditions
Please review the key terms of our affiliate partnership agreement before applying.
- Represent the company positively and provide truthful information.
- Only market verified and available properties.
- Avoid negotiating transactions on behalf of the company.
- Follow official communication guidelines.
- Submit complete client documentation when referring buyers.
- Commission is earned only for clients introduced by the affiliate.
- Commission payments are based on actual funds received from clients.
- Withholding tax deductions apply to commission payments.
- Commission structures may change depending on project terms.
- Affiliates must not disclose confidential company information — including client data, business strategies, pricing structures, and internal materials — without prior authorisation from the company.
- If an affiliate misrepresents the company, provides incorrect information to clients, or violates partnership terms, the company reserves the right to terminate the partnership immediately.
- Any dispute relating to commissions or client representation will first attempt mediation.
- If unresolved, the dispute may proceed to arbitration under Nigerian law, with arbitration sittings held in Abuja.
- 5% — When the affiliate closes the property transaction directly.
- 3% — When the company closes the transaction from the affiliate's lead.
- 1–3% — Commission on funds raised for project investment.
- 1–5% — Commission on agreed land value for joint venture projects.
- Commissions apply only to payments received from the client.
- Withholding Tax (WHT) applies: 5% for individuals, 10% for corporate organisations.
- Commission structures may vary depending on project type, discount sales, or transaction structure. The company reserves the right to restructure commissions when necessary.
