Yahya Ahmad Rufai

Architect Yahya Ahmad Rufai is a seasoned architect and construction executive with over 15 years of experience in real estate development and project delivery. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from Abubakar Tafawa Balewa University, Bauchi, and a Master’s degree in Construction Project Management from Coventry University, UK. A Chartered Construction Manager, he has overseen the delivery of over 1,000 housing units, with expertise spanning architectural design, construction management, and quality control. As Chief Executive Officer, he drives strategic planning and execution, aligning design, construction, and investment priorities to deliver efficient, high-quality developments. His approach integrates value engineering and long-term planning to optimize resources and maximize project value and sustainability. He is an alumnus of the Institute for Management Development and a member of the Association for Project Management.
